The Milkshake Icy Blond Conditioner is a hair conditioner specifically designed for blonde hair. It contains a special black pigment that helps to neutralize unwanted yellow or orange tones (brassiness) in blonde hair, and can even add delicate ash tones to very light blonde or platinum hair.

How to Use:
- After shampooing, gently squeeze excess water from your hair.
- Apply a generous amount of Milkshake Icy Blond Conditioner from mid-lengths to ends.
- Leave on for 2-3 minutes to allow the conditioner to penetrate the hair shaft.
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
- Style as desired.
