What's more, the more you earn, you'll enter our luxury tiers for even more opulent rewards. Here’s the lowdown on how our programme works...

How Can I Earn Points?

There are multiple ways to earn points with our exclusive rewards programme. Simply sign up and you’ll be awarded 30 points .You’ll also be credited with 20 points for following us on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok – That’s 20 points per social platform, by the way! You’ll receive 15 points when you write a review, plus 5 points when you leave photo and/or video reviews.

You can also earn by referring your friends and family! Simply enter your friend’s email and they’ll receive €5 off when they spend €45, and you’ll earn €5 for each successful referral!

Do I get 20 points every time I leave a review?

You’ll get 20 points per review that responds to the email you’ll receive after you place an order. Points are limited to one review per item purchased, so you if you purchase a shampoo, for example, you’ll receive 20 points once you leave your review. If you choose to leave extra reviews for this item, no extra points will be credited.

How many points do I earn when shopping online?

If you haven’t yet entered our Tiered System, for every euro spent you’ll earn one point.

What is the Tiered System?

Our tiered system consists of three levels; Bronze, Silver and Gold. Once you spend €100 you’ll have exclusive access to the bronze tier, where you'll be credited 30 points upon entry. Spend €300 and you’ll enter the Silver tier, which awards you 50 points upon entry PLUS 25% extra points when you spend! This means for every euro you spend, you’ll get 1.25 points! You’ll enter our highest tier, Gold, once you spend €600, where you’ll be awarded 100 extra points upon entry, 50% extra points (which is 1.5 points for every euro spent!) and access to designated, exclusive Double Point Days, where you can double the amount of points you earn on your purchases!

How Can I Use My Points?

You may redeem your points for exclusive discounts and products. Once you reach each threshold, you’ll unlock a reward. For example, once you reach 100 points, you’ll be able to redeem your points for €5 off your purchase. When you hit 200 points, you can redeem for €10 off your purchase, and when you hit 300 points, you may redeem for €15 off your purchase.

Can I use other discount codes when redeeming my points?

You’ll only be able to use one discount code per order placed, which means that combining an influencer code with redeeming your points won’t work onsite.
